Buying a boat can be an intimidating experience. We are your advocate/agent before,during and after the boat purchasing process. We work with you in reviewing the specifications of your boat amongst the world class outfitting packages that come with every SailTime power boat. No detail is overlooked. You then place your new yacht in the SailTime local base's professional management program and enjoy worry-free boating in your local waterways. SailTime's local base takes care of insurance, docking, storage, maintenance and operating expenses for up to five years.

Ask any boat owner, regular maintenance is a big expense and requires a lot of time and expertise.  For SailTime boat owners though, all those headaches are gone.  Your local base owner will handle everything from oil changes to fiberglass work.  You’ll be kept in the loop, but won’t have to worry about a thing.

Your local SailTime base will also arrange regular detailed cleaning.  Members clean up after themselves, but we go deeper; scrubbing from the bilge to the deck and everything in between.  These regular cleanings also help us regularly inspect potential maintenance items, so we can solve an issue before it becomes a larger problem.

Purchasing a boat for use in the SailTIme Owner-Membership program is an intelligent and practical choice for many potential boat owners.  There are many advantages to this type of program from both a practical use and economic standpoint.

SailTIme offers two unique compensation plans for Owner-Membership.  One is a shared revenue program in which the boat owner earns a percentage, up to 50%, of the income the boat generates.  So the more members join and use your boat, the more you'll earn.

The other payment program offers a guaranteed flat payment every month based on the hull value of your boat.  This guarantees that no matter how many members are onboard, even if it's just you, you're guaranteed the same payment and a reasonable return on investment.

SailTIme has established relationships with insurers and lenders that will finance and insure boats placed in service with Sailtime.  We will help you find the right lender for for you, ensuring that you receive the best rates possible.

You will have all the operational issues associated with yacht ownership professionally handled by SailTime's local base:

SailTime's local base will:

• Provide a monthly payment to you for you to use towards your expenses
• Make sure your yacht is regularly detailed on a schedule
• Take responsibility for scheduled maintenance and emergency issues
• Ensure consumables, fuel, water tanks and pump outs are taken care of on a scheduled basis
• Ensure boat inventory items are managed through the use of Ettendant and the base owner
• Locate an available slip at a marina with top-level amenities
• Provide insurance coverage designed specifically for SailTime Power
• Winterize, store and commission your yacht each season (where applicable)
• Use our proprietary software to handle all aspects of scheduling and maintenance and member management
