All reservations are made instantly, there's no waiting for approval.  Members can book sails a few minutes before heading to the docks. Or schedule time a few days, or even a year in advance.  And the Scheduler allows you to communicate with other members, swap reservations with them, or plan sails together.

If a Classic Member fails to use all of their sail time in one month, they can carry it over to the next month. Time can also be borrowed from a forward month for extended cruising.

Upon arrival and departure, an assessment of the boat’s condition is done by the member onboard.  The member follows a simple checklist of safety and cleanliness items located onboard, which also prepares the boat for use or the next member.  After going through the checklist the member calls a toll free phone number, enters their personal SeaCode and can leave a voicemail if there any issues that need attention.  This voicemail is immediately sent to the base manager, who handles the issue ASAP.  This ensures the boat will be ready to sail when you are.
