SailTime Power is a boat club that lets you cruise your local waterway in a new power boat, as if it were your own, on a schedule that you plan yourself.  For people considering how to get on the water with their friends and families, the purchase price, combined with the cost of insurance, marina fees, and time spent on upkeep all add up!  Our Power program is an innovative approach to power boat access and ownership that makes it easier, quicker, and more economical for aspiring captains to take the helm.  SailTime Power removes the barriers to a new yacht and puts all the fun back into boating.  

With a SailTime Power membership, your monthly cost is typically less than a day’s charter rate at the local boat club or monthly slip charges for a similar boat. SailTime Power members don’t sacrifice on quality either. All of our power boats are “shared” by several Members and one Owner Member, who are each guaranteed flexible and frequent use of their boat. SailTime Power Members use our highly advanced SailTime Scheduler™ to make instant reservations or plan up to a year in advance.

SailTime Power Members can make instant reservations or plan up to a year in advance and can even request to swap sail times with other Members.  If a SailTime Classic Member fails to use all of their time in one month, they can carry it over to the next month. Time can also be borrowed from a forward month for extended cruising.

SailTime Power is the economical alternative to traditional boat ownership or club membership. Consider this: most people who own a boat use it 2-3 times per month. Yet the cost of ownership is high: slip fees are $350-$1000 per month, your monthly payment to the bank could range from $1000/mo to $2000/mo, boat maintenance is expensive, there’s yachting insurance and, the list goes on and on! Hundreds of hours of code development and years of working with our Members has enabled us to develop the proprietary SailTime Scheduler software program that permits Members to make instant reservations or plan up to a year in advance. Rules built into the system keep boat usage fair and equitable between members.  Simply choose your own boating schedule and update it whenever you want.  The boat is ready when you arrive, no waiting and no strict check-in times.

Maintenance is also simple with SailTime’s innovative Embark system.  Upon arrival and departure an assessment of the boat's condition is done by the member onboard.  Members follow a simple checklist of safety and cleanliness items located onboard.  After going through the checklist, the member then calls a toll free phone number, enters their SeaCode and if necessary, leaves a voicemail explaining any issue that needs attention.  This voicemail is immediately sent to the base manager, who handles the issue ASAP, ensuring the boat s always ready when you are.
